From the A24 Roma - Teramo - L'Aquila, exit at the Val Vomano, you get on Highway 150, which reach the A14 towards Ancona: from here, exit at Val Vibrata and follow the signs until you Alba Adriatica. Also from the A25 is You can reach the Adriatic highway which reach the town.
